The CAMPGROUND SOFTWARE – PS   design evolved over a period of about twelve years of RV full-timing and developing an interest in campground management. During this period I have had the opportunity to observe and address many  campground software problems endured by campground managers and their employees. 

The majority of complaints received, Invariably referenced systems that either didn’t work or were so overly complex to use, weren't being used at all. 

My design and development experience spans more than 15 years working in both federal and commercial environments. My thoughts regarding software design have always been “If consumers don’t understand the program, life is miserable for everyone." - And they don't use, often very expensive systems.

During the development stages of the CAMPGROUND SOFTWARE - PS system, special efforts were made to address critical areas including:

• Providing simplified forms to expedite check-ins or complete a reservation when dealing with impatient guest waiting lines. 

• Striving to minimize employee and management training times by keeping the system simple, thus creating logical progressions to the next steps. (Our first test site located in Maine didn’t even open the manual until the middle of the first year of testing claiming he didn't know he had a manual!)

I developed this campground management software to allow reasonable flexibility according to many campground needs - proud of the fact that we are generally better than most!
