 CAMPGROUND SOFTWARE – PS  includes:

1. Latest version CAMPGROUND SOFTWARE – PS CD
2. Access to web based current system updates and other information to keep you informed.
3. A license allowing you to to install and use your software at one campground.
4. All necessary printed information needed to get you started.
5. Free email or phone support necessary to get you started and support for your first year.
6. Free software updates for one year.
7. Instruction manual (soft copy) including complete instructions (included with the program software)

ADDITIONAL CHARGES: CAMPGROUND MAP (optional addition) Generally  $1.00 / site

CUSTOM REPORT GENERATION:
Note! Most reports are already supplied or are in development  process and apply to most campgrounds.
If you require special reports or other requests, they can be designed at a cost of $35.00/ hr. or at a flat rate agreed to by both parties.

DATABASE SETUP: (optional)
Note: This system is designed to be ‘self taught’ and can be installed easily by any  novice - I can set up your database at a cost of $3.00 per site plus travel expenses if required but I believe that all instructions supplied are more than sufficient.

ANNUAL CUSTOMER SUPPORT PLANS: (optional)
Software Updates and 20 hours of telephone support after the first year is $100.00/year

TRAINING AND INSTALLATION CHARGES:
Note: again, most all of this system can be ‘self taught’ – I do charge $185.00 / day plus travel and lodging expenses if you feel the necessity of hands-on support.
