PRICING information is as follows:

CAMPGROUND SOFTWARE-PS  - license is $455.00  and includes:

• Latest version P&S CAMPGROUND MANAGEMENT SYSTEM CD

• A license to install and use your software at one campground

• All necessary printed information needed to get you started

• Free email or phone support necessary to get you started

• Free online software updates for one year. (access codes are provided at purchase)

• Soft copy of the Instruction manual including complete instructions

ADDITIONAL CHARGES:

CAMPGROUND MAP (optional addition) (Normally approximately $1.00 / site – please ask for details)

Please Note! many reports are already supplied and apply to most campgrounds

If you require special reports or other requests, they can be designed at a cost of $35.00/ hr. or at a flat rate agreed to by both parties.

DATABASE SETUP: (optional)

This system is designed to be ‘self taught’ and can be installed easily by a novice.

I can set up your database at a cost of $3.00 per site plus travel expenses if required but I believe that all instructions supplied are more than sufficient.

ANNUAL CUSTOMER SUPPORT PLANS: (optional)

20 hours of telephone support $150.00

Again, most all of this system can be ‘self taught’ – I do charge $185.00 / day plus travel and lodging expenses if you feel the necessity of hands-on support.

Hard copy Instruction manuals are available at a cost of $15 each plus shipping costs. (it's so much easier to copy and print  the available soft copy instruction manual yourself though)

Shipping & Handling charges for manuals are:

United States:             $10 per printed manual

Canada and Mexico: $30 per printed manual

All other countries:     $50 per printed manual
